GENERAL TERMS

- I am a college student. Please understand that there might be some delays in doing the commissioned piece. But rest assured that I will notice you if ever delays would occur.
- There are no fixed deadlines for commissioned artworks unless requested by the client.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions request if the piece makes me uncomfortable to make or it is outside my skill level.
- I reserve the right to advertise commissioned artworks on my social media platforms if I wish to.
- Major revisions are only given in the sketching and coloring process. Minor revisions are only given at the lineart and coloring process. Strictly no revisions after rendering is done.
- Revisions can only be done 3 times. More revisions will be fined for an additional fee.
- Client can not claim the commissioned artwork as theirs nor trace it.
- Do not rush commission artworks as I am still a student. Rushed artworks will be fined an additional fee.
- Artworks made by GEIBBU are not allowed to be used as AI and NFTs or anything related to cryptocurrency.
- Commissioned artworks that are used in any broadcasting platforms will be fined with a commercial fee.
- Clients are also free to ask about the progress with the artwork. Clients can check the progress of the commissioned artwork through Trello.
- Credit me (@GEIBBU) if you are planning to post the commissioned artwork.

PAYMENT POLICY

- I accept payment via Paypal (INTL) and Gcash (PH).
- Strictly no refunds after commissioned artwork is done. Refunds are cut half if I already started with the lineart.
- 50% of the payment must be done before I start with the sketch. Remaining balance must be paid before I send out the finished product.
- Payment upfront is accepted and highly appreciated.
- Commissioned artworks will be canceled if a client fails to pay within 48 hours without any notice. Inform me if payment will be delayed due to valid reasons.

OTHER FEES

- COMMERCIAL FEE — +150% of the initial price for commercial use such as vtubing, merch, branding, etc.
- ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS — +80% of the initial price.
- COMPLEX DESIGN AND PROPS — $15-$60 depending on the complexity of design and props.
- EFFECTS/LIGHTING — $10-$40 chromatic aberration, noise, lighting, shadows, etc.
- REVISION FEE — $15-$35 depending on the revision
- PRIORITY/RUSH FEE — +70% - +150% of the initial price depending on how long the waitlist is.

WORK PROCESS

- Clients must fill out a form about their commissioned Artwork.
- I will send an invoice after I received the form.
- Client must pay 50% of the price or pay full upfront after I sent the invoice. Once payment is recieved, I will start on the sketch.
- Clients can check the commission progress on Trello. Clients can also freely ask for updates regarding the progress on the commissioned artwork.
- Remaining balance must be paid off before I send the finished artwork.
- Finished artwork will be sent via email provided in the forms.
